Dancing abstract figures define the darkness of space and matter...free flowing contemporary dance that through the ages transcended into what would appear to be nude dancers...coming out of the strict victorian era that had dancers wearing heavy garb and covering their bodies...the 50's was a celebration of modernism...a deflection from past norms that were restrictive when it came to art...a celebration of space...innovation...and daring artists who were putting their historic mark on the times..the fabulous 50's...the era before the peace...love and flower movement that would usher in sexual liberation and literal dancing naked in the streets...so enjoy everything this iconic remnant conveys...as it isn't every day this kind of fantastic comes around!

This offering is for ONE unused and in brand new condition curtain panel...it has all the makings of a unused old stock as its not been washed and retains that brand newness we all love. A neutral beige and white mottled ground with cerulean sky blue and gray cloud chasers amidts canary yellow clouds outlined with black lines. This pattern is called "Cloud Chasers" and I suspect the signature is under the hems somewhere...this is extraordinary and one for the designers and collectors with a special eye! Measures 45 inches wide x 25 inches long. Expect perfect.
