This offering is for ONE YARD x 49 inches wide of a very fabulous smooth decorator weight unused unwashed old stock decorator fabric...I have 5YDS available sold by the yard...all cotton...an upholstery/pillow/drapery weight...in a medley of chocolate...cocoa...and creamy beige stripes on a sage green ground with accents of minty green and white...a sophisticated Art Deco style that surely would have been the SWANK of South Beach hotels in the 1930's...I found this yardage in a old closed up fabric shop some 30 years ago in Miami...through sheer coincidence it survived immaculately...despite having sat in that closed up...boarded up shop for more than 30 years. It is in brand new...unused condition as if you were transported back in time to Miami Beach circa 1945 to make this purchase!!
