This offering is for 2.5YDS (90" long) x 49 inches wide of a very cool mid century heavy upholstery cotton called "Domino"...while the texture looks like it could be linen...it is actually a very heavy cotton mostly with maybe a tad bit of linen to give it that look...but it is surprisingly thick and not light like many linens are...which is a nice bonus for upholstery projects! I love these 40's mid mod transitional styles of textiles...a time that was gearing up for the atomic 50's...but not quite there yet...you can see the beginings of the atomic in these free floating patchwork of dominos...a colorway that is subtle...yet statement...creamy tangerine...creamy watery yellow citron...pineapple beige...dark and coffee browns...with stark white...the selvedge is signed "Domino A Decorama Fabric Guaranteed to be Vat Colors". This is unused original old stock yardage...never washed and in fantastic condition.
