This offering is for 2+YDS x 49 inches wide of a spectacular example of mid century modern Calder-esque style called DESIGN INTERPLAY...everything about this fabric manifests various components that all embody mid century Atomic style from the type of nubby thick upholstery fabric it is made from that has a more commercial spirit about it...the ever present details of gold lurex threading that was all the rage in the Atomic era that personified a style and deluxe quality that barkcloth and these designs were created...to appeal to modernists...those with open minds who were strong in their design convictions...with a design of connecting harps...bridges...harlequin diamonds and antennas in rustic tangerine...taupe browns and grays on a off cream white ground. The selvedge is signed "Interplay - An Exclusive Decorama Original". This is unused old stock...never been washed...I have 2 more also available in the same size cut of 2+YDS. Expect FLAWLESS.
