There is a side hem for some reason...who knows what plans someone had for this fabric years ago...but they never finished whatever it was they were dreaming. Its in perfect condition...a certain inspiration of Mrs. Dorothy Draper with the Rococo meets Neoclassical motif...but the sure giveaway is the ribbons...Dorothy loved ribbons!
