This offering is for ONE ready to hang super rare BLACK ground thick and nubby barkcloth...I have another also available sold individually...these treasures just aren't around anymore...they behold a Art Deco nostalgia that is iconic to South Beach hotels in the 1930's and 40's...the black always the most collectible and sought after...usually in the hands of the avant garde of designers and homemakers of the time...not everyone had the brazenness of such deco drama...many a gay man living in secret in the enclave of South Beach would be brazen enough and a little gaggle of women who who defied the norms of the time that suppressed tradition into their mindset...I always say the women in my time collecting who have been interested in black tropical barkcloth fabrics...you could just tell they weren't women contained...they marched to the beat of a different drum...they often dressed avant garde with colorful bifocal glasses and bold red hair...a style of dress reflective of being true to their own style and a confidence that exuded from them...today that typically remains the case...and I just love that...because I LOVE people being themselves...true through and through...and this style of black tropical just reminds me of how important it is in these times to be true to who you are...rise above the mundane qualities of those who remain in boxes. So this isn't just any old drapery panel...this is something to behold...to savor and allow to be who it is when it hangs dramatically and TRUE from your window. A crisp gorgeous black ground...no fading and so deep and dark...fab magenta purple and pinks...minty honeydew lime...lollipop lime...dark chocolate...I love the palest dove gray in the white up against the black...subtle...but stunning...see close up pics of that...MEASURES 45 inches wide x a whopping 96 inches long with a 4 inch hem.
