This offering is for ONE YARD x 50 wide...I am offering this textile by the yard...I have at least 12 yards still on the original bolt...you can buy as many yards as you need! This terrific upholstery grade textile is a nice heavy weight...a smooth...generously fun and funky example of what exactly was going through the minds of designers...who were appealing to a larger public clamoring for departures from more conservative designs of the times...for more flagrant patterns with a punch of color...but with particular upholstery fabric you are getting a conservative idea of a "Crazy Quilt" design like our nanas and grannies made for centuries...in a modern textile application...playing to the spirit of 60s modernism...I've carried this bolt around with me for decades...never knowing the exact time to give it an official unveiling...unearthed from a old NYC Textile Warehouse turned dance club...where I acquired a large stock of period bolts in the late 90's...We also have shown a photograph of the original bolt for your own interest and curiosity...crazy turquoise lime greens...wild lime...darkest ink navy blue...if it appears black...it is not...in person it is a very clear and handsome darkest navy...which is in total keeping with todays modern design trends...NAVY is with LIMES...lots of crisp clean white...all create the most fantastical compilation of crazy quilt patterns...houndstooth...optic...waves...geometrics...checkerboard..."An Original Waverly Fabric Crazy Quilt"...check my pics for texture...movement...weft and hand...as I am sure when you do...it will enlighten you even more...
