I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. Brand newly made using all new materials with the exception of the front of the pillow which is unused 1940’s original old stock. You are getting a brand newly made pillow with all the bells and whistles of yesteryear. This extraordinary beauty comes from the early 1940’s and is called “Butterfly Hand Print” as the fabric selvedge was sighted. Quite special to see butterfly prints on any of these antique cottons...let alone one so rarely unusual and fantastic...with a art nouveau-ness about it that is time transportive...a ground that is a heavy textured cotton...a nubbins...thick and deluxe heavy weight. Paired with a super elite luxe dark teal velvet backside and double piping in honeydew lime and watermelon coral red pink piping. It measures 22 " x 22" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form, which is not included. Plop her up on chair where she is sure to command the most discerning eye...one that will surely steal all the attention with its demurity and ideology of nouveau.
