A sweetly pink and white stripe...with dark lime...purples...bubble gum...creamy blue...minty celery green...smokey blue gray...wioth darkest chocolate and white accents. Signed “A Waverly Bonded Fabric Gay Nineties”. This would be so great if pieces of it were framed as a wall collage...little girl dress...lampshades...hand bags...I mean the sky is the limit on this sweet nugget of 1950’s cotton. Measures 35 inches wide x 80 inches long. The Gay Nineties was a period starting in the 1890’s and design outlets in the 1950’s were quickly capitalizing on creating whimsical and nostalgic period fabrics with a sort of fun kitsch allure more reflective the 1950’s period spin. A smooth unglazed cotton...not textured at all...it was a curtain so you will see where the hems used to be. It's in flawless condition.
