This offering is for ONE YARD x 50 inches wide of a unused original old stock linen...I have 8YDS available being sold by the yard...it is nice and heavy for drapery and upholstery. It is possible this is a linen mix...but the texture is definitely meant to convey a classic linen look. When you think back in decades of aristocracy...wealth...style and aesthetic...this is exactly what you may remember from some of your favorite shows from the 60's and 70's and that fancy library brownstone vibe that fabrics like this just take to a whole other level. This classic Jacobean print is not bound of decade...as it is a timeless...classic print and style harkening thousands of years in design trailing back to England and the richest aristocrats. A oatmeal textured linen ground with fabulous coastal blues...cobalt...aquamarine blue...tangerine and blood oranges...chartreuse and golden caramel yellows...golden raisin greens with black accents.Signed "An Original Design by Hero JE Imported Screen Prints Vat Colours". Given the spelling of "colours"...isn its likely this yardage originated in England. So if you have a penchant for traditional...something dreamy that will transport you to a grand lush Gramercy Park brownstone circa 1968...today is your day! Flawless old stock.
