30's Juicy Blooms & Birds GLAM Mid Century Barkcloth Era Vintage Fabric PILLOW

Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality drama and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.

This offering is for ONE very fabulous pillow cover with INSERT made by Florida Bungalow and in one of my most treasured designs. A sensational pattern of barkcloth...textured and nubby and cut from a whole bolt I have. A definite Hollywood Glam beauty with a ton of potential; to unload in your home. A creamy dove gray ground with huge roses and peonies...vibrant leafy foliage and fabulous chartreuse birds just hanging around. Tons of pops of sweet pinks from bubble gum to sweet cool pink...merlot...magenta...grassy electric limes...dark teal...dark chocolate...asparagus lime...chartreuse...with white accents. Paired sweetly and thoughtfully with a expensive Art Deco honeydew brush fringe and a magenta pink luxe velvet backside. Measures 24"x24" with a hidden zipper for easy stuffing of a pillow form. I have another exact duplicate of this beauty...but with a dark luxe creamy pink backside. How special to have one or two pillows with birds just hanging around.
