In the memory arsenal I have many a nostalgic memory of philodenrons...my great grandparents Brielle bungalow...there cottage sweet with just about anything a lil old soul would relish and take in...the hanging philodendron that would grow to the floor before being snipped and new pieces of life passed around to friends...family and neighbors to continue the growth cycle and tradition of humanism...the connecting of souls here on earth...the idea of fostering a continued cycle of life force...the plants we need to breath...the suppliers of our oxygen...snippets of cuttings that continue to warm my heart from my past...the staple of a philodendron plant always in my life...from my grandparents to my parents...to my very first apartment...a snipet of plant life keeps me connecting to generations before me of lovers and cutters of snipets of philodrendron...
This offering is for ONE YARD x 36 wide of thick and heavy barkcloth...I have 11YDS available sold by the yard! The white is so white it is glows with the radiance and robustness of foliage...of dramatic and fabulous philodendron cascading...waterfalls of it spilling down the fabric in a testament to true art on barkcloth...tons of vibrant greens from grass green to electric limes...creamy lime and a simple black accent just enough to keep it simply classic and sophisticated...a relic of never used yardage that comes fresh off the original bolt...still with the thickness and sizing of a never before washed or used textile...a textile miracle truly to find such rare goodness...fabulous for a couple channel back chairs mixed with another garden themed vintage fabric would truly honor this beautiful 30's 40's reflective piece of cottage meets mid century...of course pillows...bags...draperies and whatever other clever use you can conjure.
