Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover WITH INSERT...oh my goodness this is fabulous! A relic of unused magnolia barkcloth from the 1930's that's been upcycled into a brand new stylish pillow ready to transform any space. A textured nubby barkcloth in a land where orchid aubergine purples and chartreuse playfully intertwine...soft lavenders...creamy lemon...deep dark eggplant orchid...soft and charcoal grays...jadeite and minty greens with black and white accents on a creamy dove gray. Paired exuberantly with a aubergine lavender swank velvet backside and a double piping in dark eggplant and creamy lavender. It measures 23 " x 22" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form. Some dream of time traveling back in time...some of us actually live it!
