In all of my homes I have remodeled and redone I have always started with my vision of draperies and fabrics will be the end result...and I always have those fabrics ready for when the renovation is finished...it is just my way...I have always had the talent of seeing the end result as something that came naturally to me always. And to have such plethora of drapery available for which to create large scale magic...is something very rare...and dare I say a vintage fabric blessing of cotton sorts. Sit back...relax and allow these draperies to transport you back in time to Miami Beach circa 1940 at the height of the Art Deco explosion that overtook Ocean Drive.
This offering is for ONE ready to hang drapery panel...I have TEN available sold individually...these sensational draperies are fresh from the estate of a grandma who's granddaughter sold me these wonderful draperies. Draperies she grew up with that embodied her nana. Rare of course to find teen own these grand dames...with the ability to add some vintage deco charm with tropical notes to any space. These all have pleater tape on the backside for hanging and were pleated so you can see some of where the pleats were at the top...everything about these beauties is pretty perfect...strong...colorful...no fading...holes or rips or signs of wear. They were kept pristine and treated kindly as you'd hope your nana would! A cream ground with lots of celadon limes...aqua...chartreuse...lemon...dark teal...tangerine blood orange red...coral pink...dark and creamy chocolate...burgundy...with black accents. Each panel measures 45 inches wide x 85 inches long. Some are actually a few inches longer...but to be safe I am selling them all at 85 inches long...just expect some to be longer...and if you prefer the longer ones message me. They are ready to hang...they came with hems pinned up at the bottom so the hem are open hems at the bottom edge. If you love a barkcloth dream...and you lay awake thinking of South Beach hotels and how you'd like your life to be enriched by such grandeur...then what are you waiting for!
