This offering is for 2.2YDS x 35 inches wide of unused...washed and starched/sized...I am pretty sure someone washed this...but it appears unused and is bold and bright with a whole lifetime of life and pomp and circumstance left in it! A conglomeration of tiki bongos...a celebration of fish...and MERENGUE is on the menu...dance the night away as if you were alive and thriving in the Spain in the 1950's. Circle Skirts in the 50's were all the rage...today we have influencers on Tiki Tok...but back in the mid century as regular ever day Americans were suddenly able to travel by airplane...boat and train to anywhere in the world...it was the circle skirters of the day that were the style influencers...wearing circle skirts with patterns showcasing cultural scenes from other countries. It was the spirit of america and it could be seen walking down Columbus Avenue with cat eye glasses with their saddle shoes or bucks or perhaps a more fancy red carpet museum event with the highest heels EVAAAAA! A turquoise blue ground with vibrant orange...lemon yellow...lime...flesh pink...with black and white accents. What a perfect creature for framing just a yard of it for some fun artwork for which to feast your eyes. Brand new 1950's old stock. I have professionally ironed and starched this beauty back to life from a wash. Flawless.
