The design details are exasperating...I need to take a break and absorb and return like a hummingbird for little bits at a time of nourishment! The colors...orange...turquoise...chartreuse...lime...chocolate and white are alive and looking like there is lots of movement on this brilliant still life that is activiated by a gummy to becoming moving parts :). In a pattern with so many details and eye popping perks...will insure lots of great pillows or framing...a framed snippet as a gift to the seamster in your life.
This offering is for ONE YARD x 49 inches wide of a rare unused and unwashed yardage of barkcloth. I have 3YDS available being sold by the yard...signed "Design Sewing Bird Vat Colors"...a Sewing Bird is a beautiful antique tool that was designed in the 19th century for hand sewing. Clamped to the edge of a table, it acted as a "3rd hand" keeping the fabric taut as one sewed. Thus...making life that much easier for talented creators of the earlier days of sewing. Expect mint condition...colors are BOLD...expect nothing short if needing a pair of sunglasses when you open your package. :)
