Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover WITH INSERT. A cornucopia of under the sea life from a sea shell and coral perspective! A highly collectible pattern made famous in Miami Beach mixed with a fabulous rare palm tree print on the backside. I love to create pillows made from my memory of what patterns I saw when crawling through Miami Beach hotels in the 80's during its most sad times. So you are getting a completely reversible pillow with a complete embodiment of Miami Beach through my9 memories! I used a funky zebra barkcloth for the piping...all of the fabrics in this pillow are made from textured...nubby period barkcloth. It measures 21 " x 20" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form, which is not included. if you would like one, please contact me.
