Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover WITH INSERT. A rare upholstery rayon...smooth with a slight sheen...this pattern exhibits a true Hawaiian spirit...a banana farmer picking fruit...flamingos wading...huge palms as an umbrella to it all...leafy and colorful sprigs of tropics. A deep dark teal dark lime ground w8th chartreuse...lemon...flamingo pink...asparagus lime...cocoa...lavender...merlot...raspberry...coral orange pink...dove gray...slate blue gray with darkest chocolate and black and white accents. Paired divinely with a flamingo pink piping trim and a textured nubby jadeite green barkcloth as the backside. It measures 21 " x 22" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form. Flamingos and vintage textiles are a rare bird...and so will you be if you buy it!
