Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover! Sometimes my creative overload takes me to places of unusual...fun...and hmmm...unexpected! Like this terrific original early 1970's beach towel upcycled into a fabulous humongous pillow...rest your tired...weary sun drenched head upon it after a glow in the sun...and continue your pampered seaside experience in your own abode. Floridian kitsch and caboodle! This imagery showcases all of Florida...including newly built Walt Disney World It measures 26 " x 23" in size so you'll definitely want a nice big euro sized pillow at 26"x26". Paired with a pale aqua blue green barkcloth backside and I used the towel for piping. It has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form, which is not included. if you would like one, please contact me.
