Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover WITH INSERT. I just love this chinois pattern...a traditional asian print made into a beautiful fun pillow. A unused textured nubby barkcloth...a white ground with terrific scenes of the orient...in cocoas...dove grays...dark lime...minty jadeite...chartreuse yellow...creamy turquoise...celadon green...true red...deep dark turquoise...with dark chocolate lines and accents. Paired beautifully with a jade satin with a pink brocade and piping...there are hand ties for a bustle type of closure to the backside. It measures 21 " x 21" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form.
