This offering is for an iconic vintage 1930's barkcloth PILLOW cover...it comes with all the pops of color and scale to really change a space...these pillows are chair art...they tell a story...this textile art design is from my "Art Deco Tropical" Collection...my take on how I remember my jaunts through South Beach hotels in the 80's and 90's...this leaping GAZELLES pattern is the epitome of Art Deco and the tropical animal barkcloth prints that were made popular in the Miami Beach hotel scene on Ocean Drive...this unused original old stock barkcloth in brand new condition came from my purchase of a stockpile of vintage barkcloth in 1989...cut from never used barkcloth...the reverse side is a wonderful luxe bold lime velvet and a fun whimsical sophisticated piping in a unexpected turquoise make a very iconic piece of textile pillow art...a colorway is nothing short of extraordinary...a dove gray ground with deepest darkest raspberry...coral red...creamy lime...and white...my pillows are commercial quality crafted with expert details with reinforcement...all inside edges are serged professionally and a handsome hidden zipper for easy removal of the pillow insert. It measures 22 " x 22" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form, which is not included. if you would like one, please contact me.
