Florida Bungalow was one of the first innovators to create huge quality dramatic and flamboyant pillows for 30 something years. I am known for the antique shows and textile shows throughout the country and especially Miami Beach. I have a unusual creative eye that conjures up unique and precious pieces of vintage art by todays standards. So let us transport you back to a time and place far from today in a world of everlasting nostalgia and whimsy.
This offering is for ONE barkcloth pillow cover. If you know what I am saying when I say "Miami Beach electricity" then you should own this beauty :)...because you know the iconic feeling of South Beach that when you are there just feels transcending. As if you were alive in your prime dancing the night away in any salsa cocktail cabaret bar in Ocean Drive. This highly collectible textured nubby barkcloth with a zingy chartreuse honeydew lime...powerful and yes electric. A bird of paradise is just taking it all in...curly dramatic feathers...and tropical leafery...gorgeous colors...candied red...raspberry pinks...eggplant...powder blue...varied sky blues...coral pink...lime...aqua...jadeite...with white accents. Paired with a swank aqua piping and a creamy celadon jadeite backside. It measures 22 " x 18" in size and has a hidden zipper for easy insert of a pillow form, which is not included. if you would like one, please contact me.
