Definitely for the person who has everything...and worthy of building or remodeling a home for!!! An heavy upholstery weight cotton...not heavily textured like a traditional weave of barkcloth...rather more a heavy broadcloth...very heavy...perfect for pillows or upholstery if you choose to upcycle...it is called "Design Sparling"...I know its signed and hidden in the hem...I have yardage of this and it is signed the same way. Sparling are little smelt fish that the flamingos are in pursuit of wading in the shallow waters...I've had this pattern in celadon green...but this watered down gray ground is exceptionally sophisticated and handsome...the colors as RIPE and FABULOUS as you would expect from a period tropical bird vintage decorator fabric...tons of bright true red...dark burgundy...varied shades of greens in deepest darkest turquoise green...jadeite green...chartreuse yellow...milky and cocoa chocolates...with the flamingo wings this STRIKING varied shades of deep and creamy eggplant charcoal grays! The driftwood adds a flavor of mid century as it was all the rage back them and has made a resurgence. These draperies have pleater tape at the top for hanging and are hemmed and ready to go. They are not lined and I can add that for you if you wish at no charge. Measures 45 inches wide x 82 inches long. They are flawless and freshly washed and ironed by yours truly.
