I am a visual person and most every thing on earth triggers a sentimental memory...a image...sometimes just a memory like my brain did a snapshot of a time...it is these I use from for inspiration to write...my own vault...all my own...many may try and "aper" me...but you can't aper a lifetime of memories specific to me...my life...the profound or lackluster times I've recorded in my mind. And this great stuff...this California contemporary mid century yardage has this whole scene inn my head...a mid century Palm Springs ranch...with a late 60's early 70's vibe...mirrored ball lamps...Herman Miller white plastic chairs...lots of chrome and glass...floor to ceiling windows opening to the pool with uber fabulous breeze block walls...perhaps a slate floor with a wonderful graphic design in the shag in colors complimentary to the fabric...in my mind it is fabulous...editorial magazine worthy...and soon to be used in my own home too...cuz I just can't resist.
