This fabulous unused yardage has all the fixings for everything Hollywood...including never before seen imagery of Hollywood film producers shooting a scene of a damsel in distress...amidst images of other California tourism delights...orange groves...saddles...cowboy boots...spanish architecture...a lasso...wine and a glass for wine country...bears from the Yellowstone National Park...Cactus...people riding horse back dressed smartly in their gear! These tourist type textiles were making quite a splash in the novelty department in the 50's as tourism was growing and fulfilling Americans dreams of travel.
This offering is for ONE YARD x 45 inches of this sweetest and most fun yardage...unwashed and unused old stock from the 50's...I have 10YDS available being sold by the yard...a fresh pink grapefruit pink...I just love that color...among the pinks it is my personal fav...there is lots of color in this rare yardage...orange...turquoise...chartreuse...tangerine...lime...with white accents. This is a lightweight garment fabric...could have been used lined for heavier garments. Yer gonna LUV this stuff. Expect perfection.
