Every little girls dream in 1950 was to be a ballerina...bedecking their bedrooms with inspirations and imagery of their romantic future twirling as a ballerina on some stage somewhere in the world. A romantic depiction of the world of ballet with a perspective that is both romantic and abstract...placing this fabric right about 1950 -1955 in America. A crisp white ground with my favorite medley of pink...red and lavender purple...they play off each other in such a way that surely sets the BAR high. Expect sheer perfection...a walk back in time...to Paris...New York...Los Angeles...Chicago and any little unknown ballet studio that creates young artists.
