Perhaps you've seen the movie in 2014 about the iconic artist Peggy Keane who created art using subjects with BIG EYES and was thus called the BIG EYES artist in the 60's. She was conned out of recognition of her works as her husband took all of the credit for her art she would paint in secret. In their divorce she would come out against him and the judge asked them to both paint their big eyes...well...she won...and sued him. But most of you remember either her original works of art or her reproductions on paper and framed in just about every house in the 60's.
This offering is for 1.7YDS x 42 inches wide of a lightweight solid black unused unwashed cotton. Lots of depictions of big eyes in these miniature novelty scenes of fairy like creatures...bold pinks and reds...limes...blush...purple...creamy yellow. Check the scenes...they are absolutely adorable and would be fabulous framed in small snippets to. really blow up the small characters. Expect perfect.
