Cyrus Clark, president of the Cyrus Clark Company, a textile manufacturer and converter, which he founded in 1925. It is unheard of to find original Cyrus Clark yardage from the time he opened his first design studio and began printing home decorating textiles. Today you see current new productions of his works under his name and those the company acquired over the decades. Cyrus was a genius of the time...with longevity to prove his mad skills. When you the early inspirations of his works...and compare them to more modern takes...you can see the young brilliant Cyrus with a early vision of Jack and Jill and nursery rhymes.
This offering is for ONE YARD x 36 inches wide of original Everglaze fabric in a most perfect pastel pink...I have 15YDS available being sold by the yard. A darling pink ground with sky blues...chartreuse...flamingo pink...asparagus lime...cocoa with white. Whoever buys most of the yardage will get the original tag which is the source of this wonderful collectible fabric. It is also an early peek at Jack and Jill as rag dolls...as that was more aligned with Raggedy Ann & Andy. So rare and fabulous on many accounts. An Everglaze chintz so it has that remarkable sheen so popular with the chintz textiles. Expect wondrous delightful brand spankin new yardage from nearly 100 years ago!
