A 1950's take on the funky mid century inspirations going on...this fabric would have been used to create garments...dresses...circle skirts...blouses and scarves...it comes as original yardage...an opportunity to travel back to Woolworth novelty fabric department circa 1952. As abstract as they come...it reminds me of a smaller print abstract barkcloth in a inspired print by Joan Miro. Lots of funk and movement...whoever would have worn this as a dress...was someone who didn't take any bullshit from men at the office! Just saying :)
This offering is for 3YDS x 36 inches wide...a white crisp clean white ground with fantastical iconic imagery of abstract images...this is unused unwashed cotton. Wonderful fun print...in lime...black...cocoa on stark white. Expect brand new unused immaculate old stock.
