This wonderful offering is for ONE extremely fabulous salesman sample from the 1950's with the original tag identifying it as "Design Attica"...the label affixed. to the bottom corner...this looks like it was stored away for all of its existence...utterly brand new...a creamy white ground with coral orange...asparagus lime...chocolate...with black lines. These salesman samples provide the earliest and first hand experience with these patterns as they came off the printers and in to the hands of awaiting anxious salesman. This one with all of its kinetic space age twists and turns embodies atomic with a rustic cabin flair...for instance this piece would serve a rustic atomic utilitarian cabin in Attica New York quite a purpose.
This offering is for ONE unused salesman sample...it measures 24 inches wide x 25 inches long and is serged with a border along the top and bottom...s till shiny as the day it was made...you'd never believe this has been around for 75 years. Expect sensationally perfect.
