This offering is for ONE YARD x 49 inches wide of unused unwashed yardage of commercial rayon...I have 8YDS available being sold by the yard...very heavy and perfect for that pair of 50's Boomerang chairs in the lobby of some swank Miami Beach hotel...a special pattern called "Broken Blocks"..a very rare and collectible pattern showcasing the art of kinetics...floating objects...atomic conceptualism...a barkcloth mix of cotton and rayon...with fabulous gold Lurex thread mixed in...cool flamingo pink...jadeite lime...chocolate...dark chartreuse caramel...on a fresh ground of mostly gray with flecks of white...really the ground is white and the print of gray was used over top to show movement of space...air...and atomic kineticism. Signed "A Waverly Bonded Fabric Broken Blocks" . A rare time travel to the 1950's mid century through the magic of vintage textiles. Expect flawless. Would be fabulous for a special iconic upholstery project...pillows...or for the collector of rare and fabulous textile delights.
