Peggy of California was a premier seller of gift boxed items in the 50's...creating fun gift giving sets that would be the perfect sparkly gift for house warmings...engagement...weddings...goodies packed in colorful fun boxes filled with interesting kitsch items...in this set you get 6 days of the week tea towels...printed with a faux embroidery of each day of the week with a scene of the "a womans work is never done". Sunday is left out with a sticker instead that says "Sunday Dine Out".
This offering is for ONE boxed set of 6 tea towels...they are in immaculate perfect condition...the box itself has a little wear...but is still sturdy and uber colorful...the box itself just makes me HAPPY :)
